Aside from a social setting, those sort of boardroom settings would be reserved for lawyers and executives. You're hardly going to have a woman who owns a chain of nail salons sitting down for a meeting with one who runs a PR firm, another who's a Real Estate Agent, another who owns several restaurants. Maybe individual meetings, but you wouldn't get all of them together at once unless it was purely social - hence the luxury day spa - they're there to get their manicures and pedicures, and then Lara gives them a foot massage and happy ending. If you guys want something in business suits, I think it would need to be an executive-style meeting. In which case, I'd do the spa scene with the footballer's wives and socialites / influencers, and then do a second scene in a boardroom. For the spa, I'd make it more personal by making one of the participants the young gold-digging fiance of Lara's Uncle Errol, who tried to steal her Title and inheritance when Lara's father died by claiming she was born out of wedlock.
