You mean which yaoi couples that we think we see? (God I hope that's what you mean, the dots aren't connecting today) Sephiroth and Cloud is my main yaoi pairings but, Zack and Cloud are right up there as well (AU or whatever, I don't really care as long as the fic is well written). Nanaki and Reeve are a good pairing as well X3 Hell, I've got a fic in the works about those two... Vincent and Zack, or Vincent and Reno, or lastly, Vincent and Cloud just for the sheer kinkines of Vincent (played DoC waaay to many times). Hojo and Cloud, either pre-game or while Cloud is being a lab rat for the man, just for the hell of it. Oh! Lastly, Human!Nanaki and Vincent is also a really good pairing... sadly I can't find most of these pairings listed above so I end up writing them And don't even get me started about my Chocobo/Cloud fic that needs to be finished, I have a feeling I'm gonna rot in hell for that one >_<

(It IS short! Is it too much to expect a game with 120+ hours of game time, and not counting all the extra goodies?) I was more curious about Basch and his brothers background (then again, maybe I'm missing something from not having completed the game) then I was about Balthier and Fran. I halfway agree with you TerraBreaker, I don't know what Penelo was doing there but I kept waiting for Vaan to be discovered as a prince because only he could get that damn red stone shining.

Odd question: Don't you have to be a little rabid to write fanfiction? (note that not all of us are of the "obsessive, creepy kind", just a vast majority ), or else doesn't the love for the characters just kinda go... blah?

++SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!++ Does FFXII seem a little... short? I'm about 85 hours in, finished up the Pharos tower and I can go face Vayne himself, but it seems like there's this gap I'm missing. I've talked it over with my brother (who gave up 25 hours into it btw) and we've come to the agreement that it's more likely the lack of a over world map, instead of running from screen to screen, that shortened up the game. And the lack of in-game mini-quest too (I'm not talking about the rare monsters, or the hunts, or the fishing, or the racing, dear god let's not forget the racing; I thought I was having a FFVII squatting flashback while racing against Rikken). What I'm saying, is that there is a really good story, a really interesting story in there (I wanted more information about Basch/Gab!) and maybe I'm counting it short seeing as how I haven't finished it yet, but it just seems too short for the story it holds... Any thoughts about it? ++END OF SPOILER!!++

Well, my computer is packing it in (my drives that have alll my writing/fanfiction/other crap on it and a spare drive that I use as storage space), and while I'm busily copying everything off it like mad, I couldn't help but wonder if anybody else is enjoying the love of crashy crashy computers^__^ (For the record? Yes. My mind left a looong time ago and I'm very tired )

I keep trying to find BlackRoses fanfiction archive on google, but I can't find the damn site! It's got a section for Laguna/Squall based fics and in one of the many stories includes the infamous picture of Squall with the Garden tattoo on his stomach. Help, help, HELP!!!!!!!!!
