It's big only if he has an understanding of what it is he's been missing, so to speak. It's bigger to you, as the author, than it is to the character, if you think about it.
I know you want him to have one of those perfect first times, but I'm going to be fairly direct. I'm from a large urban area, and came of age before HIV, herpes, Hep C, and all those lovely things that make sex a crapshoot nowadays. The worst thing we had to deal with was a bit of clap, and antibiotics along with a bunch of embarrassing phone calls dealt with that nicely. So, we were largely uninhibited when it came to sex.
I have not ever encountered anyone who had two women suck him off as a first time. It sounds like they at least have some clue of what to do, which makes it even less probable. I'm pretty certain that most first times, for a guy, are over far faster than he'd have liked, and are fairly messy, inelegant, downright giggle-worthy affairs. So two women with a clue aren't going to be "playing" with him. They will know with certainty that he's going to blow his load fast, and refractory periods being what they are, even his youthful enthusiasm won't make a second time happen instantly.
And "something large left his body" sounds like he either gave birth or had the bowel movement from the hells. Or possibly he has balls the size of an African elephant. Most men's testicles aren't going to hold enough fluids to give that sensation. We're talking generally a teaspoon or two of fluid, maybe less. Go look at what a teaspoon or two of a liquid looks like. It's not something large at all, in terms of accuracy.

No, but seriously, content aside (and anything I did with Real Persons) 'cos the current story I'm on is too gory for some, and not gory enough for others (waaay less gory than the source game!) some of the writing in my old stories is appallingly weak in places, I went back through one of my older Mortal Kombat chapters before starting on my current multi-parter and it has bits that're clunky as fuck! Instead of word pictures, imagine an etch-a-sketch being used by a one handed gal on a roller coaster.
I'm not fishing for praise here with that comment - the shit I really can't stand I took down from everywhere I could. Like this one Dragon Ball Z request I did as a despite knowing nothing about the series. I assumed it was something like Pokemon. Apparently not. That was a steaming pile...

I saw #1 more than 20 years ago at an SF convention. I don't remember the name of it, but I can provide a couple more details (which I'm hoping I remember accurately) that may help you in your search.
--There were 3 guys with bomb collars. They were all convicted criminals who were being forced to stop a criminal or terrorist plot as a sort of "community service." The collars were to prevent them from trying to escape.
--The story involved a tower that was so tall, it needed a kind of gyroscope-like system on one of its upper floors to keep it stable.
Also, I second Muhabba's speculation that #4 is AKIRA.

Thanks for your review - I too hope I continue it. I'm glad you find it hot - since it's porn an' all that's part of the point! - and the pheromone element. I would clarify though, it's not dub-con or meant to be any kind of take on it - it's rape. Sonya is held prisoner, coerced and effectively drugged into participation. There is no point in which she gives, or later, is able to give, full informed consent which makes everything portrayed rape.
I personally dislike the term dub-con because every time I see it, someone is using it to describe rape and not wanting to call it rape because rape is evil. Which it is. But the fact remains that despite the strenuous claims of the legal representatives of frat boys, intoxicating people to get them to fuck you is still rape. As is all the many other cases labelled "dub-con" where clear unequivocal consent for sexual activity is not obtained.

I suppose what inspires me most are other people. All of what I consider to be my best stories were somehow inspired by someone else who provided direction and limitations, eg, a contest with a particular theme and word limit. I'm doing a story exchange with someone who gave me an idea of the type of story they wanted, and it was something I never would have thought of doing, but suddenly my head filled with ideas for plot, characters, scenes, and so forth. In fact, I think what I came up with might actually be worthy of a novel, even though I have never seriously considered writing a novel before.

Everything. I see a person, or someone makes a gesture, and it sets off a story in my head. The light from my terrace at the end of the day, the hawks setting up housekeeping down the street, or just the color of someone's dress. I have no end of inspiration. I just need to wait for it to gel into a story, and then hide somewhere and write an outline.

I keep flashing back to a lovely tattoo on a nice, young deckhand. Alas, time escapes me for the story to go with it.

I'm pretty sure I saw zygote on zygote action in the HP fandom. After that, it's hard to think.
