Friend tied a horse to a parking meter and put in some quarters after a parade ... talked the cop out of the ticket using the PA Motor Vehicle Code that treats horses as motor vehicles because of the Amish. And, for my fellow Pennsylvanians, did you know that a rider can be cited for DUI on a horse? Now, I had NO part of that enlightening experience, lol.

It's still illegal in our little town to tie a horse to a parking meter ... g'head. Ask me how I know!

LOL -- could say there's some poetic mental slip up there as I search for a way to make this an enjoyable fiction? I suppose I should master the moving of topics, since frequently have slippy fingers that do such idiotic things on their own.

Firstly, JayDee's prompt was snuff. Going in a different direction, I choose the definition to inhale. I loved being able to further the story. Drabbles are so much fun, so NOT intimidating to me. Who doesn't have time to write 100 words? So, thank you, dear JayDee. Future favors duly noted. I surely hope that I'm not the lone wolf participant! Yes, Connor needs to learn to trust. As background, that might not be seen in the prompt story for awhile, Aine has been charged with teaching him seven lessons. Interesting things will begin to happen when he has mastered them. Secondly, the Dribs, Drabs & Doggy Tales prompt was drowys. I'm not happy with the piece now. I don't think I captured his relief, and the crash of after-punishment endorphin fade. Will work on it more I suppose. My apologies for letting the readers down with that one. Better things to come in the future.
