3 phone calls to tech support, cut off twice, not a soul was a native speaker, and 19 minutes into the third call, the genius FINALLY decides to look to see if there is an outage in my area. Yep. Sure enough. 'I do not think it is your modem.' No kidding.
I like when they have me go through what I've already done BEFORE calling them. It's gotten to the point if either of us calls for support, they actually bypass that part
