Because someone leaves a comment that isn't all hearts and flowers, doesn't mean the comment is any less legitimate, nor does it mean you tell that person to find another story because YOU disagree.

They actually did change it, but not as much as I would like, and I do believe that has to do with the content. It's set at 81 now for that software, instead of the 40 it was at before.

As you can see, with both of the above, that's not original work. If it's a music video for a band, that'd go to celebs, and for the band whose video you're basing it on I think. With the one shot, cite your source for the scene. As long as we can see that the bulk of it is original material, where it is not, this is where you use citations.
