I voted other as well. Thing is, while I am not a religious person myself (agnostic), I can see where other people can benefit from their faith. For instances where life has been ...just.... very hard for example. Losses, that sort of thing. Oftentimes a person's faith and/or religion offers him or her comfort on a different level that another person is simply unable to give to that particular individual. Sometimes people need something more, ya know? For many, many people, that something more happens to be religion.

As long as we all keep level heads while posting (and remember we all have opinions and are entitled to them), don't think this SHOULD spark a flame war.
-
Secular/civil matters should ALWAYS be separate. I don't think religion has any place in government whatsoever.

You know, it holds true of any language. ALL of 'em have different accents and dialects. Back to the topic tho....can't honestly say that I've got any especial favorite accents.

First of all, the usual forum rules apply.....if you feel you cannot abide by the general posting rules, you all know what'll happen, so 'nuff said. What this forum is for, specifically, is to post things such as tournament requests for games, and let other players know when you've set up a sit 'n' go. The casino doesn't have a function which allows for tournaments, but I'm sure I can set something up manually.

Name effects are now back. The drop shadow, glow pen, and blur effects do NOT work in Firefox. This is a known issue, and will be addressed in the next version. By using an effect, you will cancel out another, depending upon which group the effect falls into. The text editing effects (bold and italic) overwrite each other. The graphic type effects (glow, blur, drop shadow) overwrite each other.
-
Okay, all but the text effects are BACK in the inventory. When using the passcode item, IGNORE the pink screen that follows. It's a bug.

uninstalling, it's causing a db error

Installed a moods mod

Will take about 15 minutes total, I will be turning the board offline, so you will get kicked.
-
Had to wait for a file which I now have, so I knew what exactly to create/restore. Won't get to it though, until I apply the newest board upgrade. That has to be done first.

Something else to consider is where this person is from who said your English was a bit forced. Frequently, someone who is NOT a native speaker of a language will be more mindful of its rules, grammar structure, and other things. They by and large tend to speak more properly, if that makes any sense. Which to some people may give the impression ob being somewhat forced usage, even though it should not because it is not.

That would be this topic in the Archive FAQ forum.

You just have to click the bank link and the interest is then generated.
-
I'll have to recheck the settings then. Have you clicked the bank link? That's what autogenerates the interest. It seems to be working for me, but I'll give you an exact of what it's doing after it updates again tomorrow (forgot to write down the exact point totals from yesterday). Yes, there is a base interest rate for the bank, of I think 2.5%
-
hehe it's no prob, in the game description you'll see the max allowed, which is 500 points. When you leave a game and have cashed out, and have more than that, go back to your wallet and transfer back the points over 500 that you have.
-
I'll observe consistency of high scoring per game before doing that. I have to set it first for all games, which I did. When I can see a pattern of scoring, I will then adjust the points awarded per different games. If any of you want tournament, make a post in the suggestion forum for the forum. Let me know the duration you'd like to see for it, if you want to limit it to x amount of players, that sort of thing.

Okay, how the cards generate interest is this... First the bank allocates interest per day based upon the rate set. This accrual is based on your points in bank total. So, say you have 1000 points, the interest rate is set at 2% (as an example), it'll give you 20 points in interest. Then, the card takes the interest amount generated, and ADDS to that by the percentage set in the card options. So, if you get 20 points in interest, you'll get an additional 10 points because you have a card that allows it.

Okay, I tried to issue a challenge to see if I could duplicate this. You have to go into your user CP (My Controls) and ENABLE the challenge system first.
-
What were you doing to trigger that?? Had no idea it was there by the way. Okay, do me a favor, step out EXACTLY how you went about challenging someone else. That'll help me find out what went wonky.

urgh....missed the member group when setting permissions...got the rest of 'em tho earlier. try again.

have another support request in with the modmaker regarding the various issues. We'll see how long it takes for me to get a response.

Just as with the arcade, you can increase your points by playing. Basic instructions-- Deposit to your wallet (click the wallet link) from your points balance Select a game Once you're done, be sure to cash out before finishing the game, otherwise you lose your points. You can then either transfer your winnings back to your main points account, or keep 'em in your wallet. The casino games by default have a set limit of up to 500 points in your wallet at any given time. So, once you've cashed out, and want to play more, you have to be sure to transfer back to your main points any points over the 500 limit. Just as with the arcade, I am limited as to how many games per day I can download and then install. So, I'll increase what's there, it'll just take awhile....

I'll add these too. Many thanks.

There are some additional features I forgot to mention, and how they work. tournaments I can set up tournaments for any of the individual games listed, depending on if you guys want 'em or not. This would be set up with jackpots for points as well, determined by placement. sit and go Sort of a multi player thing. You create one, select how many players to allow (up to 15), select a game from the dropdown (there are games available ONLY for this particular function), and there you go. points earned Your points will be updated 1 point for every 100 scored in game, up to a maximum of 10,000 points.
