I had a mini break alone last week.  I had dinner at a fancy Italian restaurant.  Everyone around me was eating fancy meals with glasses of wine and champagne that they were clinking together.  I had pizza, mousse for dessert and a mug of hot chocolate.  I’m a takeaway and fast food joint kind of guy.  These are not my people.

Got about five months to work on a Halloween story.

I had a gastroscopy done yesterday, without any sedation, since I needed to drive myself home afterwards and carry on looking after mum.  That was… unpleasant.

In a good mood.  About got through an entire episode this morning before work (light revision & some new content) from start to finish (around 7k worth).   YES, woke up before my alarm went off, how could you tell?

was so excited for ‘history of the world part 2’ and then i saw it and i want my hour back watching it! no amount of celebs made it work! 
Edit: so there are 4 more episodes out of the apparently 8 episodes of this and i still might watch the rest. hope it gets better

Welp atleast i got some good news. I am getting a raise of a kind. I was told by a fellow associate at work that the store manager said no one is getting a raise. yet when i checked im getting a 30 cent raise. hmmm oh and thanks to @BronxWenchI might be on the verge of writing an original soon! lol this should be fun

My heart just aches for everyone in Turkey and Syria, or who has loved ones there. I will be making a donation to Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders, although it will be just a drop in the bucket in the face of such disaster.
