agrees completely, it's obvious that Petra is more integrated into Max and Emma than Becca was, and Max had Becca on his own in the van in the mall parking lot. Becca seemed almost forced into the couple, Petra was accepted by both of them with open arms. How will it be when Petra gets what she wants... Max's baby? The one underlying thing in all of this situation is that they all love eachother and there, as yet, still is no jealousy going on.

Emma's already pregnant, she cant get any more preggers. They had already been together like that, when Emma masturbated Petra in the sub on the way home in the shower. I do wonder if the same outrage would happen with Tatiana and Suzy. It's too bad Magus has Going Home characters set, that would be a good way to make it like Rick's story, then merge the three together.

You have to remember that Petra is a part of Max and Emma now, just like Becca had been before Nadi.... saying what you did hundy is going with a double standard... Max had been with Petra by himself, and no one said a thing, Max has been with most of them by themselves at one time or another in all of this, and for all intents and purposes, Petra is a girl. Heck, Max was with Petra in just a couple chapters ago, by himself, after he and Emma got married, no one batted an eye, or made a comment. I am a little shocked in Stella being the one that got hurt, but, I think the property was the target, not Carol or Stella personally, I hope Carol learned how to run a pod or bye bye Stella.

we will never know the evil that lurks there, that's why we keep checking back, and want to see more of the adventures. he was one of my favorite authors on that other place, i came here because of him, and have found a few others that followed as well. book three as mostly flash backs would be good, kinda filling in what happened before emma, amy, and them. heck, that could be a series all in itself. i admit, there's a few that would destroy things for me personally, others not as much, we all have the ones we love, but, we all love, amy, alice, max, and emma at least.

They want you to actually heal up, and are going to do anything they can to make sure you stay healthy. I can't fault them for that one. Will you actually be 100%, nope, but, you'll be as healthy as they can make you. Or, maybe they're priming you for a higher maintenance home life... hahaha, I see a lot of "Daaaad... teach me to ride a bike, or shoot a 30-30, or let's go for a hike". They love ya man, accept it, and love them right back. Merge NorthStar and GITG??? hmm, maybe as a "hired hand" on Nick's side, then let them slide apart again. Nick and TK do know a lot more about the warfare side than Max does, and can help him grow, but, to totally merge them... not so much. We pretty much know where the "now" in NorthStar is, it's back story that's coming. GITG has a different line and different plan.

Amy was 10 when she met Max, the docs told her when she was 3 she'd only have a couple years. She lives her bucket list because she knows what it's like to be living on borrowed time. Does it make her a little crazy? yep. Does she do everything as tho it's the only chance she'll get? yep. Is she going to do something completely stupid to make it all end too quick? nope. She lives in the moment, and enjoys every second of it. As long as she has Max, Alice, and Emma, she knows she'll be ok, and they know if they have her, they'll be ok. Sometimes its a real benefit to go back to the beginning even if you've read the series a hundred times, it never gets old.

Remember, it was Amy's plan that got Max out of the hospital after the detention center. Convoluted, and crazy, but, she's a smart one that won't do anything stupid either. She's always said that she may act crazy and outrageous, but, she knows what's going on.

i was always amazed with her plans, especially the going to school one, or getting her mom to let her get her license. she's the one character that could almost always get me to smile, or even worse, jerk a tear out when she was upset.

some of the plans don't fit with amy's style, not convoluted and twisted.... yet. max has been the more in your face type, kinda.

ooooh, you truly are sadisitc, lol. but, it is the normal cycle of tech, someone comes up with something new, everyone tries to pick it apart until the advantage is erased, then they come up with the next upgrade and the cycle starts again.

uh ohhhh, sounds like either Max loses a good bit of tech, or someone is playing catch up really quick.... hmmmmm

one thing about writing chapters like this, something usually comes up that is inevitably more important and needs to be taken care of immediately, to even try to keep a definite timeline is totally unrealistic for anyone to even try to consider or demand. Write at the pace that works Jashley, we'll be here patiently waiting.

Remember one overwhelming fact... Max is actually only still a teen, and inexperienced in a lot of the concepts like that. He was thinking more of how to accomplish the mission, not about what might happen if some of the tech was recovered. His real lack of concern over the fact that he left Alice's old body behind shows that inexperience, the only way to know the tech isn't recovered is to not leave it behind. Alice's body wasn't military grade tech, any part recovered from it could be maybe engineered to track him, especially since he was linked with it, which means one of his chips was in it's head.

He told Evan's dad to talk with that professor as well, and he could look at the Operating system for Jeeves and the other AI's. He's a professor as well, and we were never told what Evan's mom did.. but, she is his Dom, so who knows there as well. She could always be the mole, that had Evan's dad get the schematics and forward them to her contact too. Tech like those spiders isn't going to be forgotten, so easily, think of the drone tech currently around now, they just go to a different supplier with the same specs. There is also actually the possibility that David wasn't really killed all those years ago and has been underground. That would be a painful twist for May and Max, to see Cynthia and David after 8 or 9 years, only to find that, he's the reason they're being chased.

Han's old group found Max on the way back from the hotel, and Max had been "offline" for almost a week at that point. They had Red track his bike's system to find the hotel. If I recall... Max was in the hospital with his newest systems recovering from a gunshot to the head. He was on the record at the hospital with "strange cells, and objects in his head" back in BITG. He's upgraded now, but, back then, he may not have been as careful about the systems as he is now. Back then, he was more worried about enjoying Emma, Amy, Alice, Marge, and June than working that deep on secure systems, or what may have happened after. You also have to remember... he left Alice's old body in the first orphanage, how much tech was salvageable and reverse engineered? While the tech may be made by Max, he had to buy the supplies somewhere, and the amounts he's had to get had to be pretty substantial, remember, he paid for pizza with his credit card that was stored online. Just because his tech is secure, don't mean someone didn't pull the "Target Scheme" and he's been a target by the Sheriff since before the Thomas incidents. The Sheriff conveniently "lost" him at the detention center, so even back then, he was being tracked and targeted.

I could only imagine if he sat and tried to put the family into a family tree, that would get anyone lost, whether they're on pain meds, of lots of coffee. We like it when he's a little crazy, it makes us all feel a little more "normal" shouldn't the phrase be "insanity adores company" instead tho?

You leave a lot to our own imagination, and honestly, some of us have as twisted of imaginations as he does, lol. Which is kinda scary, but, in a good way. He's a master at intentional misdirection too, let us think one way, then slap us with a couple good twists. He just gets even better when he's a little doped up, he keeps even himself on his toes.

One thing you gotta know about Magus.... he's rarely serious, unless it's about family, and he's one of the most sarcastic i've ever known, in a very good way. He can give a joke as well as he can take one. Just watch the morphine injections for the next few days Magus, we love the loopy writing, but, you gotta get healthy man, those girls need you around and safe.

I did kind of notice too that Max didn't seem to install tech into the guns to keep them from getting taken and used against them. Fingerprint ID, or maybe linked to their chip? There is the fact that Max's dad worked for DOD.... they don't just stop following someone, and with the tech going on, there is the passive tracking that could happen just of the internet part. His system may be super secure, but, if someone knows what to look for, it's trackable, plus, with all the new additions, who's to say that one of them could have been brainwashed like Hans was?

Congrats on the exam. Don't rush the chapters, keep them the quality that you've gotten us all addicted to, there is a lot to be said about quantity over quality, I'd hate to see the storyline suffer because you rushed them, take your time, and do em up right, we'll all be here eagerly awaiting.

Some of my favorite chapters are the ones with just them interacting with each other too.... the times where they just got to be kinda "normal" whatever that may be. Amy being herself, Max being the modest one like he used to be, the way all of the girls are out to drive him batty. That's part of why I picked up some of the original BITG chapters again, and I have to remind myself that Max, Emma, Amy, Mike, Evan, Leia are still actually just teens themselves. Love how you brought all of that out again. Rest up, get healthy, and we'll all be here when you keep going. BTW, not too bad of a chapter for being all doped up, lol.
