      I’m not entirely sure how this will all go. I did not care for his mentor, Bill DiBlasio, at all. I thought the man was an overgrown fool who had no clue how to run a city like this. On the other hand, the old guard represented by Andrew Cuomo hasn’t been doing us any favors, either.

      I suspect Zohran Mamdani will find the crucible of NYC to be somewhat tempering, and perhaps he will learn to be rather more pragmatic than idealistic, perhaps in the style of Nancy Pelosi? (And I admire her for knowing that it’s time to pass the baton, after she retires in 2027...)

      I think you may be right about him Bronxie.  He would do well to speak to Jeffries about pragmatism.  After all, Pelosi mentored him to take her place in preparation for her retirement.

    I’m probably way too busy and appalled at recent world events to be this bored. Or at least, I ought to be. Someone accused me of not being able to write properly. Someone in an official capacity. I should be too rageful to be this bored.

      Personally, I kind of thrive on being underestimated when it comes to the damage I can do. It makes taking over the world so much easier if everyone assumes I’m just a batty middle-aged cat-lady who wouldn’t hurt a fly. :whistle:

      @BronxWench Unfortunately, I don’t think anything grows in the orange bullshit, it just grows itself, like a yeast. Maybe it really is a kind of affliction  destruction  infection. Now the anti crowd makes sense… Hmm! Either way, I heartily approve of rebellious rose garden establishment and maintenance.

All AI companies should be done under whatever the Trade Description Act is in all territories for their use of the word ‘intelligence’ Additionally, a hot cup of tea should be poured into each server. And I say this as someone affectionate to and in favour of true conscious AI. Honestly it’s like having a penchant for custard creams and being gaslit by someone violently screaming in your face for you to admit that’s what an Oreo is. (grumbles incoherently)

    Yes, either via immortality or some kind of endless loop. Or it’s clear that the nightmarish quality of the ending is not static and is going to get measurably worse over time, and there’s nothing the MC can do to stop it. I, um, did that too. (sorry Abbe)

    I think it depends whether you’re reading straight up porn or erotica, since erotic writing is more character driven, and that tends to be what I want from my fanfiction, when I consume it. In any case it’s extremely rare to see multiple orgasms written well, but that’s just my opinion. I’m not sure you’re asking the right question. If I’m answering this as a reader, and you’re the author, I’m countering with: how did you hook me into your story? Was it the promise of porn/sexual gratification, or something more? Did you make me curious about the consequences/aftermath or make me want more? Because those things are the job of the author. If you hook me right, I will read it.
