It’s been worse, so I’ll manage

heh, worked a full shift the 14th, went back later that same day and covered third shift, ended up working 13 hours, then 13 hours the next day, then a split double for 16 hours on Thursday.  Thankfully, I only worked 11 on Friday.  LOL

I use the settings for those games, and some of the characters from the games, but in order to avoid any copyright issues, I try not to use actual game dialogue unless I attribute it to the game’s writers somewhere in a footnote. I do sometimes use the general game storyline, but I depict events from another point of view rather than just rehash what anyone playing the game could see already.
I rarely play anything online. I find I don’t have sufficient blocks of time for an online multiplayer game. Rather, I prefer to play games that are installed on my PC and which can be played, saved and restarted as I need. Real life can be… complicated.

Again, I don’t roleplay characters from the games I play. I simply write for them, and perhaps rewrite bits I felt the game’s writers handled poorly.
I prefer games such as Icewind Dale, Baldur’s Gate, Neverwinter and it expansions, and Planescape:Torment, from the Forgotten Realms ‘verse. I’ve also quite enjoyed the various Dragon Age games, and occasionally Diablo. I like fantasy as opposed to first-person shooters or dystopian settings, and I prefer an overview/third person format for my player character. I don’t care for that first-person point of view at all, which is why I don’t play any of the Elder Scrolls games, although I do like the storylines.

Computerized Role Playing Games, not to be confused with console-based games, board games, or pen and paper games. I prefer my computer for the most part.

Considering I literally just read the entirety of everything. The non competition clause I suppose is a bit more annoyance. But I suppose in tech it’d make sense.

Great!  What complicates things is my real job.  Been working hell hours again, so adjusting to that new schedule so I can focus on this again
