Just happened to notice this one: A Fulfillment of Duty needs a citation: from "How old are you?" to "clenching his hands around his arms" comes directly from the book Phantom by Susan Kay. I'm not sure about page numbers. Author did note it was a quote, just didn't cite the exact source. Which, this is actually a fanfic from Phantom, which was a retelling of Leroux's Le Fantôme de l'Opéra.

I have not read these, but a quick search turned up: Joined at the Hip by jeslyn_nighthawk Walls of Jericho by darnedangel Both of those are older stories, so there are likely many text glitches.

That's frustrating. But I'd bet that all the other parts were copy/paste with name change as well. Just coming from archives like ours or literotica, where the story text itself won't show on search engines, so you have to be familiar with the story. Given that your piece was from a completely different fandom, I'd bet that the other bits (if stolen) came from non-Marvel fandoms as well. I hope the site works with you on getting it down quickly, if you're able to get in touch with them.
