I wanted a name no one else used *ever*, but something that was also easily shortened and remembered. Sin is obvious, I suppose. Acies is Latin meaning keeness, edge, sharpness, battle-line, battlefield. I thought that worked well. The Edge of Sin, the Sharpness of it. The battle-line- like I'm never quite sure which side I'm on. Could be this one, could be that one, could be both, lol. And since few people use Latin I can use it in every forum and archive I've come across. Which, as I said, was the main goal. Who needs nine pennames?
