Thank you! Yes, the email just never did arrive to my hotmail. Now however I’m afraid having another issue and it’s once again the regenerating age verification thing. It’s back and I can’t get past it. Already followed all the steps, cache clearing, close screen, force refresh. Following the https://www.adult-fanfiction.org./ link just puts me in the loop again. Using a laptop and the browser is firefox.

Are you checking your hotmail? I show the account registered with a hotmail address. In any case, I activated for you, so you should be able to login now, provided you’ve done all the cache clearing and what not.

Thank you for the answer. I used a different browser and now things seem to work, but there’s just one issue: when I try to sign on as an author, it tells me it’s sending a confirmation email to my email that I need to confirm before it’ll allow me to log-in, but I’ve waited a couple of hours and the email hasn’t arrived.

170k words is the current estimate for the whole story. That is a good idea. Pretty many spin offs possible if I get eager to return to the characters. I totally agree. My favorites were Grand Central Station and walking the streets around Central Park. I walked the streets because I visited a house there. I could draw on that experience when I later wrote one of the scenes for my G,S,P story. The story never explains why he was at Beckomberga. I have a vague idea that this story should be linked to my story, "Can the Mirror see the Moment?" but I don’t know whether I will write the spinoff or focus on other things. Considering how quickly the ghost adapts to technology, it would make sense that he is from the 1970-1990 time period. The hospital closed in 1995, but the famous lobotomizations happened much earlier. A possibility for why he was locked up was that he lost control over the dildo magic and couldn’t really control himself...but that would imply he was from a much earlier time period. I don’t think people from 1970 would lock somebody up for nymphomanic behavior. I saw you have already reviewed the next chapter, but the comment on that will have to wait until later, as the bed calls me.

Numbers…. for several mine (I generally record in the mornings): Dale’s Game – Jan 1st @ 3704. 20th @ 3711. 28th @ 3791 Repair Guy – Jan 1st @ 5087. 20th @ 5099. 28th @ 5238. Jefferey – Jan 1st @ 19218. 20th @ 19261. 28th @ 19514. Thus, many dozens/hundreds. So if it’s genuine on the increase, that’s good. If it was, for whatever reason, being under-counted before, and that’s fixed, that’s good. My worry was it being bogus due to a glitch as I know how code can go.
-
I’m curious what you mean by general increase. Hundreds of new views? Thousands? How much is lots of new registrations? If you can’t say, that’s fine but you’ve got me curious.

I think I have old fashioned review reply links at the bottom of all mine anyway, so I’ll leave mine down the depths of the site where they belong! I can start updating it for any new stories though

Reviewer: Stella5567 Thanks for your comments on “One Thing Leads to Another,” “Smooshed, or, The Nine Wives of Marco Diaz,” “Retro,” and “Itch Versus Scratch”! You mentioned liking how “Smooshed” was organized. I really appreciate that, because that story took more planning than just about any other fanfic I’ve written.

Re: “Traffic Stop” No, I just added a link so that clicking the “Review Replies” button opens this thread, and that moved the story to the top of the list.

That is on purpose, to reward authors and encourage them to go back and update older stories to use new site features.

This morning, I added Review Replies links to several of my stories, and tonight I noticed that making that one little change pushed those stories to the top of their respective categories.
