So on the way home from a day trip yesterday I did re-listen to “The Loud House After Dark” and it was as lovely as ever.
Thanks again for tying together so many delicious little stories so beautifully.

Thank you! Of the Loud House stories I’ve written to date, LHAD is the one I’m proudest of. It was a gamble to write it in that first-person-plural perspective, but I feel like it worked. Not least because of your beta and warning to avoid “godmouthing.”

Everyone knows what "FAP" means, and most folks here should be familiar with "SCHLICK" too. But apparently when ponies do it they go "CLOP CLOP CLOP..." (Unshorn fetlocks can drive mares "into a riotous lust" and that's how they deal with it.)

I fought back against the snow by brining cocoa stuff and a bunch of comfort snacks for the library staff and me. I was bemused to find three or four cans of whipped cream in the 'fridge already ... but I'm not going to ask!

Here's some very important advice for all those living in the U.S.: ALWAYS keep copies of all of your tax returns and related documents. The IRS charges $57 each if you need them to send you copies. (And I needed two.)

Again, woke up really late but still wanted to hit the library. I told myself "I can do laundry early tomorrow morning then still spend the whole day at the library." After I finished LMAO I started laundry.

What is the story about?

It's a dark "Phineas and Ferb" (Disney cartoon) fanfic starting when Candace (the teenage sister) gets home from two weeks in the hospital after a major meltdown. (More than usual.) Being heavily medicated makes her easy pray for her stepfather, but there's a lot more going on too.
I'm having trouble getting one of the pairings into action: the fuel and air are together, but I'm getting weak spark.
It probably won't make much sense if you have...
