As Lead Archive Moderator, I am able to review certain account information, and determined your account was not active. I was able to reset the account to active. I am not able to determine why the account was showing as inactive, however, nor do I think you missed an email. We have over 235,000 members. In any major software upgrade, there are bound to be small glitches during role-out. We endeavor to correct any issues promptly upon being advised of them. Most of the time, it is something we can fix quickly, but if a problem is persistent, I refer it to the administrators who write and implement the software for assistance. Quote
