I did not recieve an e-mail in January to change my password, and can’t log in. Could I get another e-mail prompting me to update my password?

I entered my month year and day and It keeps on say enter valid birth day is their a certain way to type it in

The correct format is YYYY-MM-DD. If a month or day is a single digit, add a “0” in front.
