Hm. I’m tagging my tech-savvy admins for this, because the password reset link should have worked. Perhaps either @DemonGoddess or @manta2g can shed more light on why that link isn’t showing as valid.

What I’ve been running into with this are some issues using Edge.  If that’s what you’re using, try Chrome.

I’m using firefox.

I’ve tried on firefox, edge, and chrome. All of them tell me that the password reset link is invalid as soon as I try the link.

I’ve emailed you new links. As I understand it, once a reset link is used, it won’t work a second time. Try the links in Chrome, and let’s see if this works now.

Ah, It finally worked. Had to use chrome to do the reset, but now I’m able to log in on firefox as well. Thanks for your help.
