Looking for a kidnapping fic (M/M)

Its a pretty dark fic about a college student who gets kidnapped by two men and held captive at their home.  I remember one of the men pulled out some of the kidnapped guy’s teeth when he bit his dick one night. The kidnappers are also a part of a group of men that kidnap people and had another kidnapper and his slave over one time.  The boy also escapes when the kidnappers think they killed him and threw his body in the woods i think.  That’s all I remember.
