Unable to login to my archive account and password reset isn't working

I tried loging into my account and it won’t let me, just keeps taking me back to the login. So, I tried resetting the password, but it hasn’t sent me a password reset any of the times I did the reset password option. How do I fix this?

I’m having the same problem. I last reset in Jan and it was working just fine but when I came back late april early march  no log in, no password rest. I even E-mailed tech support and nada.

I e-mailed them too, since I did before and it was still in my e-mail. I have yet to get a reply as well.

Hi,

It would help me to have your pen names or archive urls, so I can find your account quickly.

The pen name Kay is a little harder. I have one account with that exact pen name, but it is inactive, which would be why a password reset wouldn’t work. So, I’m quite certain I have the wrong account, and there are dozens of variables on that pen name. A little direction would help.

We have been having an issue with the password reset link. Normally, the issue was limited to those email addressed from Microsoft’s email clients: Outlook.com, Hotmail, or Live.com. It is now also happening to members with gmail addresses, and Yahoo.com email addresses as well. I’ve already sent a query to our tech admin, and I’m hoping to hear back from her with some guidance.

I am in the process of changing all my accounts to my new email because my school account is being closes off.  I used my email (old one) and password to get into my account, yet when I tried to update the email, it seemed to work but won’t let me log in again. When I sent a reset password request, nothing came into any of emails.

I no longer know which email my account is on. I’m really confused.

I am showing a gmail address for your AFF account. I’m tagging our tech admin @DemonGoddess to see if she can pinpoint what’s going on.

The account was not activated after attempting updating.  I’ve fixed that, so you just need to login with your gmail address and the password you created 5 days ago
