So the beginning of the story goes like this: A man (teacher) lives in a apartment by himself, he takes the same route to work every day. He keeps seeing posters about adopting a “pet.” Turns out these pets are unique.. I cant remember all of them but he gets a fennec fox, he doesnt realize that they can talk or anything until later.
