Like accidentally creating a stable time loop by coming back to the past to warn you not to have sex with your future self because it will cause the end of the world, but one thing leads to another. To answer kinda selfie but definitely masturbation lol. JayDee 1 Quote
InvidiaRed Posted Friday at 10:37 PM Author Report Posted Friday at 10:37 PM From InBrightestDay on January 09, 2026 Insidious by InvidiaRed I swear I spent so long trying to figure out whether this was linked to the stuff going on with Duncan and Company. Actually finishing up with Duncan and Co. They’ve been through alot and Logan is finally getting his spotlight. Being forced to think to be active and being held to account. However, the mentions of Venusian cloud cities and other off-world colonies implies this is a different setting, somewhere in the far future. It seems that this horseman here (the horse is Fallow, so maybe he's Famine) has some sort of amnesia. Is that something he placed on himself, or did he commit some sort of crime and this is the punishment? I am also curious about these other characters. Lucifer is generally referred to as the morning star, so the evening star is likely another person, and Mr. Blue is a complete mystery. Still I get the gist of it, as we may be seeing the end times beginning by the time the story stops, what with the Beast rising from the sea and all. The only spoiler I’ll give is thus. Which Beast is which? The Morningstar did fall. Yet rare indeed is the one that never did. I do find it interesting to think about who the woman Famine's thinking about was. It seems to be something left for a potential follow-up in years to come. Whether you do follow this up or not, it's still a cool little piece; thank you for sharing! You liked her height if I recall. Quote

I’d imagine it’s a satisfying thing to finally bring that story series to a close. Quote I do find it interesting to think about who the woman Famine's thinking about was.
