With Halloween coming up, this becomes relevant. 

If two live and warm blooded humans had sex in the morgue, and bodies were nearby (but not acted upon), does the “nec” tag apply?

Nope, not unless a corpse joins the fun.

Thanks, because in this case, the couple do want a particular corpse to witness the act.

In writing the scene in question, it’s damn close, borderline, because evidence does get onto the body, but in the strictest sense, I don’t think the tag fits given the circumstances around it.  When I get close to posting –  CL, are you still reading my stories?  I’ll need a second opinion.

If CL isn’t reading or isn’t available, send the scene to me, and I’ll check. But even if the corpse is present, and gets a bit of evidence on it, I don’t think it qualifies as Nec since no one is actually having any sexual contact with the corpse itself deliberately.
