What I remember of it is that when Sasuke reached puberty he basically begins sleeping around, and for the sake of his and his clan's reputation, Minato (who is alive) sent Sasuke on a mission where he would had to have sex (to spy I think) Sasuke is happy with this. In this story, Naruto's birthday (organized by Sakura I think) is coming up and Naruto wants Sasuke to attend so he sends him a message and blows Sasuke's cover.
