Sasunaru/Narusasu Oro posess Naruto

I am searching for a specific fic.

in the fic, Orochimaru posses Naruto in the first shippuuden Encounter between Naruto and Sasuke.

I know that at one Point Orochimaru "cleans" Narutos chakra by Meditation, resulting i a grow spurt.

At the end, Orochimaru takes the Sharingan and implants it into Narutos Body to attack Konoha.

Naruto at that Point is pressed against the Cage of Kyuubi.

Also, there are hints that Kyubi does have a twisted sort of love for Orochimaru (mourns his death)
