Harry is a prince and is kidnapped as a baby and given to the potters by albus who secretly made a deal with a woman dragon creature, as lily had lost a baby and was planning on leaving the order. Years later its the tri wizard tournament and in the task where they collect the egg, the dragon is actually one of the people searching for the prince and she breathes magic on him and harry turns back into a green dragon creature.
