User KageKitsune: http://members.adult-fanfiction.org/profile.php?no=1296817925&view=story&zone=naruto had two of her stories stolen by two enterprising thieves who are now selling the tomes on both Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble. Reference this post: http://goodkwuestion.tumblr.com/post/81235628720/what-the-hell The second story is called Role Play but the plagiarists renamed it Deception.

The guilty party confessed to the deed but claimed she had no intention of turning it into a book and selling it online, despite the fact that it bears hers and her friend's pen names and states that it was re-written. Seriously, that's the best she could come up with?!

I'm flabbergasted that no one at Amazon or Barnes and Noble has twigged to the reviews identifying the original story as fan fiction.

If memory serves, the reviews are only going to be helpful as informational. The original author needs to file a DMCA takedown with both Amazon and Barnes & Noble, and Google Books, and anywhere else she finds this.

As I said before, she can CLEARLY show with date stamp in her profile, that she published these long before they were taken from her

Has this person reported the theft to these sites? I'm not sure about Barnes and Noble, but Amazon is known to spring into action if they get a report that someone is selling stolen work through their site.

I believe she has approached Amazon, but the DMCA takedown notice is essential to get it removed. Most reputable sites will act quickly on those.
