The guilty party confessed to the deed but claimed she had no intention of turning it into a book and selling it online, despite the fact that it bears hers and her friend's pen names and states that it was re-written. The original author needs to file a DMCA takedown with both Amazon and Barnes & Noble, and Google Books, and anywhere else she finds this.
