I think Harry ends up at the Dursleys and Tom and the gang finally find him and they raise him along with. He grows up knowing Tom is his mate, Draco ends up a werewolf mating Fred and George and Blaise?, Sirius, and Remus are mates. The other one is where Harry and Tom are soul mates and James and Lily know and let them be together against Dumbledore. They end up Light and Dark Lords and rule the world or maybe it was just Britain. Harry has a ton of brothers and sisters and they all know about and are for their relationship. I know it starts off Harry and Tom are celebrating his becoming Minister of Magic. I can't remember much more than that it was a long time ago that I read it. Quote
