dazzledfirestar Posted February 14, 2007 Report Posted February 14, 2007 I don't know... Why don't we ask Britney Spears?
Guest echtrae Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Didn't somebody through her out a window?
Leonhart29 Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 I think so - but didn't her plastic smile and rubber boobs make her bounce? (Q&A)
Guest echtrae Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Possibly. Was it into the fangirl frenzied mob?
Guest echtrae Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Certainly. Wouldn't the world be a better place?
StoryJunkie Posted February 15, 2007 Author Report Posted February 15, 2007 less offending, yes. I think my eyes have suffered enough of her garish antics. The memory of my eyes looking at her is even slightly painful. I wonder if we can ever get rid of the effects of certain memories?
Guest echtrae Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Have you tried obscenely large volumes of alcohol?
redsliver Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Numerous times. How many more times will be required before I use it as my thesis?
AmyMcClair Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 At least two or three more truck loads. You're still young, you've got plenty of time. Right?
redsliver Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 oh of course Would you like to help me with the research?
AmyMcClair Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Well, What kind of drinks are you offering?
redsliver Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Beers, ales, lagers, whiskeys, ryes, scotches, red wines, white wines, sparkling wines, vodkas, rums, and not necessarily in that order. How come FtLG is easier to write with a soundtrack?
AmyMcClair Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Because the brain works at a different frequency with rhythmic influences. Why must the HTML class I want to take next term be a weekend class?
Leonhart29 Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Because Murphy's Law states "If you get into the one class you really want to take it will be held on the one day you can't make it." Do you think Murphy actually exists?
dazzledfirestar Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 I'm sure there is a real Murphy somewhere. Have you met one?
quamp Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 Well, according to urban legend, Ed Murphy, the man whom Murphy's law is named for, lives in a California retirement home. Since I'm in Texas, I can't say I've met him. But for whom is Cole's law named?
dazzledfirestar Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 I've never heard of that one, so I won't even venture a guess. What is that law all about?
Guest echtrae Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 Cole's law is about cole slaw. You did know you could have tried googling it, right?
dazzledfirestar Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 Of course, but that would take effort, and just asking was easier. What are your plans for the day?
Nanaea Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 Well, I took my daughter in for her check up this morning and I have to go get my jaw repacked this afternoon, balance my checkbook, take the boys to Taekwondo, and then come home and make dinner.... What are you going to do?
dazzledfirestar Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 I have to go grocery shopping, and go with my dad to look for a new car (ours is slowly dying and hubby isn't as well versed as I am in the car area), then a doctors appointment, and then a Chinook BBQ tonight. Gee... we're busy aren't we?
redsliver Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 A bit before that. Can't I just relax enough for the four of us?
