redsliver Posted January 23, 2007 Report Posted January 23, 2007 ^ will be feeling more awake by ^'s next post. < been up for four hours and now its already feeling like bed time again V can't function on less than 8 hours sleep.
dazzledfirestar Posted January 23, 2007 Report Posted January 23, 2007 ^ Is wrong... by about four hours. < Needs four hours to function, but would prefer eight. < Hates stupid doctors and wishes they'd all just go away. V Thinks that the doctors are just trying to help.
Guest echtrae Posted January 24, 2007 Report Posted January 24, 2007 ^ doctor hater < distrusts doctors v wishes to marry a doctor
dazzledfirestar Posted January 24, 2007 Report Posted January 24, 2007 ^ Is so wrong... < Married a guy working on a doctoral thesis on Alexander the Great... does that count? V Thinks that counts

dazzledfirestar Posted January 24, 2007 Report Posted January 24, 2007 ^ Needs patience... lots and lots and lots of patience. < Changed majors from Education to Theatre when she realized she didn't like other peoples children. V Wonders what one can do with a theatre degree.
redsliver Posted January 24, 2007 Report Posted January 24, 2007 ^ can wait tables < also has a distaste for children, so will probably get the ring after the chem. V has their degree displayed somewhere
dazzledfirestar Posted January 24, 2007 Report Posted January 24, 2007 ^ Should see it... we're so proud, it's at the bottom of a box somewhere. < Has hubby's Masters up though, and will put up the PhD when he gets it. < Is clearly not the brains of the operation. redsliver Posted January 24, 2007 Report Posted January 24, 2007 ^ has heard tell of my great mental prowess < Is always the brains of the operation, even when < doesn't know what's going on. V thinks < may be overzealous
dazzledfirestar Posted January 24, 2007 Report Posted January 24, 2007 ^ Shouldn't underestimate the amazing power of the zealot. < Is getting very full on curried rice noodles, chicken fried rice and ginger beef.... OOoo! Shrimp! *runs off* V Is having an attack of food jealousy
redsliver Posted January 24, 2007 Report Posted January 24, 2007 ^ lives in Alberta, there is no way she is eating great shrimp < was confused when my Ontario roommate was impressed that the cheap fish he bought in halifax was half as expensive and twice as good as what he bought back home. V is jealous of <'s access to seafood.
dazzledfirestar Posted January 24, 2007 Report Posted January 24, 2007 ^ Is dead right. < Could just hit the other coast... it's only a sixteen hour drive through the mountains... and it's snowing. < Will put up with less than stellar seafood for now. V Is laughing at <s logic.
redsliver Posted January 24, 2007 Report Posted January 24, 2007 ^ should learn that the Pacific has shittier fish than the Atlantic anyways. < had really fresh Pacific salmon once and it was terrible. V thinks < may just be patriotic, but instead for countries, for oceans
dazzledfirestar Posted January 24, 2007 Report Posted January 24, 2007 ^ Is very loyal to his ocean. < Agrees about the salmon... but < doesn't really liked salmon when it's cooked anyway, but the sushi in Vancouver is fabulous. V Isn't a fan of raw food in general.

redsliver Posted January 25, 2007 Report Posted January 25, 2007 ^ is clearly talking about a stomach clamp. < slept in, missed first class, still half sleeping. V thinks <'s tiredness is probably <'s fault.
dazzledfirestar Posted January 25, 2007 Report Posted January 25, 2007 ^ Probably has a good reason to be tired. < Is always tired at this point, and will be for the rest of her life! V Thinks 18yrs will be long enough to be tired.
quamp Posted January 26, 2007 Report Posted January 26, 2007 ^ Well, these days, with kids going to college, it's no longer 18; more like 24. < Heard that more than 15% of adults live with a parent still. V Is glad that V doesn't live with V's parents.
