I have... I actually do it a lot when my family is concerned. It saves on the yelling and the later eating of crow.

I have never intentionally made someone eat crow (but it can be fun)

I haven't either... I was to scared to do so with my ex and now I can't imagine doing with my current one.

I have - ran into an Oak tree while in a foot race - that really hurt.

I have never had an injury that required medical attention (and as I don't like hospitals, I'd have to be unconcious to get me in one).

My thumb was dislocated once, it needed an X-ray before they popped it back in.

Um, I don't think I have either (although, I know I've been witnessed on a couple of occasions).

I have drawn a picture of myself nude, although I've had people assume drawings I made were self-portraits.
