The story I'm looking for is a Hermione centric story that takes place in her 5th year. The plot goes somewhat like Hermione being the only person able to see Cedric's ghost. She sees him the first time when she visits a memorial that was set up for him by other students in Hogwarts. They become friends (Hermione also becomes good friends with Cedric's best friend) and naturally Hermione and Cedric fall in love (the story being HG/DC and all) and Hermione somehow manages to bring him back to life (a powerful love spell, if I'm not mistaken).
