Author completely locked out of account

First off, allow me to apologise and make it completely clear that the website is in no way at fault here. I do, however, have a problem.

I moved house just over a year ago and didn't have internet for the longest time. One of the things affected by this unfortunate absence was the email account I used to join this website with the name of EA Evans (I have a story in TV - Chuck). The email address closed and wiped everything and I was completely locked out.

Come time to sign in here, with the new update in place my account is completely locked to me because I couldn't access the email to get the activation or make a new password or any of that shebang and I have really no idea what to do now.

I have a new email: wolfishaura@googlemail.com and I was wondering if you could access my account and change the email to that so I could get back to writing...

Or do I have to make a new account and have them merged together?

I've been able to locate your account here, and I'll add you to the queue to have your email address updated. It can take up to 48 hours for this to be processed, so bear with us. You'll be notified as soon as that's been done, and then you can update your account for the new archive code.

Exactly what error are you getting, and what are you doing that is getting you that error?

While you did register with a gmail account, that is not the one on file. You have completed the validation process. Please contact technicalsupport@adultfanficiton.net so DG can confirm account ownership if you're needing the e-mail changed.
