I tried to reset my password and it said: "The e-mail you provided may not be registered or is registerd multiple times, please contact support or try registering" I know that I am registered because I am an author as well as a reader. I have tried clearing my cookies and restarting my computer like I read in other posts, but nothing seems to be working. I also checked my email and nothing is there. Our emails might have been redirected to the Junk or Spam folder. Other than that, it does not appear that you have validated yet from what I can see.
