However, when I try to register, it says I'm already registered! (And that I should open a support request, so here I am.) BronxWench Posted February 6, 2012 Report Share Posted February 6, 2012 The first question we need to ask is if you received the validation email that would have been generated by the system. Depending on how many requests were in the queue, this might have taken up to an hour to be received, and if you have not received it, we suggest checking in your Spam or Junk folder in case your email program moved it there. If so, we need your current pen name to help with that. I'm not finding any "Amanda Jeanette" profiles in the archive.
