Guest CrunchySalad Posted December 30, 2011 Report Share Posted December 30, 2011 Hello, I tried to update my homepage link in my profile and received the following message: There seems to be a problem with the homepage address: "https://sites.google.com/site/crunchysaladtogo/" Also, when I got this error message all the changes I had made also disappeared. When I tried changing to a https:// page, it gave me the same error. Do you have that site address available without the secure server link? DemonGoddess Posted December 30, 2011 Report Share Posted December 30, 2011 I expect we'll be addressing that particular deficiency of the current script in the upcoming months. I'm hesitant to tinker with it to allow for the ssl link, as I'm unsure how the old protocols will deal with that and whether or not it'll parse correctly. Is there any particular reason that you were using SSL or perhaps it was simply due to the fact you were logged in at the time you copied the link? I just copied and pasted it, I don't even really know what SSL is, so I have the homepage link set to the non-SSL version now. Thanks!
