It's a Harry/Hermione/Draco triad story. This is what I remember: Hermione has started an organization to help muggelborns children and their parents adjust to being magical. Draco helps fund the work and also helps her talk to parents about the wizarding world. Harry is an Auror(I think)and all three are really good friends.
