I think it might have been that all pureblood families were incestuous and they just hid it from the Muggleborns but this fic centred around the Weasleys. I think they were about to join Ginny into the tradition and she was about 4 or 5 or something. I'm pretty sure the fic was on aff. Anyone? Quote
