Guns scare the crap out of me. Handguns anyway. I'm in Canada, so it's difficult for regular citizens to have handguns and generally only police have them. I'm from Northern Ontario originally, so I've seen plenty of hunting rifles, but that's about it.

I would only delete a a flame or something like it. If it's a real review, I would rather build a shrine to it than to delete it.

I agree with shinigamiinochi. If you want to write or read something, you should have the right, regardless of the content. I believe that everyone should be welcome to do what they want, so long as it doesn't hurt anyone else. Writing fanfiction, even that which involves underage people, isn't hurting anyone. No one is forcing anyone else to read it. Free speach is a very important thing, and restricting content is taking that away. I love the fact that this site isn't restricting anyone. I also have a fic that involves rape, even though I also believe that rape is disgusting and should be a heavily punished crime. There is a big difference between reading and/or writting and the actual act.

Agreed. There are days when I really really want to do it, but the right words just aren't coming to me.I've forced myself before, and then went over what I wrote later when I was in the mood and deleted most of it. Pure crap.

Yeah, I saw that episode. A little weird, but there are people who get off on that kind of thing.

Never written it myself, but I don't find it all that much of a turn off. I can think of other things I would have a much harder time writing, or reading about. And I still love your stories, PorkChop!

For the most part, no, probably not. The exception to this would be Hellsing and Sailor Moon, my two major loves.

Writer's block stopped me from updating one fic for a good 8 to 10 months. But it wasn't so much writer's block as it was the plot bunnies pulling me in other directions.

There was a con in Toronto back in November 2005. It was doomed from the beginning as it was called "Con no Baka", later it was jokingly refered to "Titanicon". Poor planning was its middle name and the entire con unravelled while we were there. A combination of people who had volunteered backing out at the last minute, and the con having a lower than projected attendance. The hotel didn't get its promised number of reservations and so the con was cancelled on the Saturday. It was still fun though.
