ArcherNexus: Good question. When I first started Billion Dollar Harem, Emma was indeed my undisputed favorite. But around the time I started considering her for a spot in my story, Cara Delevingne really began to grow on me. So much so that about 9 mo – 1 yr ago I couldn’t deny it any longer. She had replaced Emma at the top of my list. My Current Top 5 Favorite / Hottest Celebs: Cara Delevingne Emma Watson Felicity Jones Margot Robbie Saoirse Ronan Saoirse recently replaced Chloë Grace Moretz at the number 5 spot. And as I’m sure you can tell, I have a thing for blondes and particularly a thing for girls with accents! Anyway, I wanted to pop on to answer this because peoples favorite celebs is a topic I enjoy discussing and it occurred to me that I never really shared my favorites with you guys… Alrighty, I probably won’t be back till Sunday when I briefly pop on to do the update for the new chapter of Becoming Bitch. Hello again gang! I just wanted to pop on and give a quick update. I just uploaded chapter 2 of Becoming Bitch. I hope you guys have been enjoying it. I’ve put a ton of work into it over the past 4 or 5 months, spending time to work on it in my spare time between chapters of Billion Dollar Harem. Becoming Bitch will have a total of 5 chapters, and primary writing on all 5 is already done. I’m in the process of editing, but I plan to upload one chapter every Sunday until all 5 are up. My plan is to spend the first 2 weeks or so of May finishing up Becoming Bitch and getting it ready for posting. After that, I’ll begin work on 42 of Billion Dollar Harem. We’ll have to see how writing goes, but I don’t anticipate having it ready until the first week or so in June. I know that probably disappoints many of you, but I’ve been wanting to get Becoming Bitch done , as I’ve been working on it so much these past few months. I will say, if editing goes well / fast, and primary writing on 42 does the same, I might have it done before the end of May, but I’d rather make a conservative estimate than give you guys false hope. Alright, I’ll take a quick moment to address some of the comments. Sazbi: Glad your enjoying the evolution of Emma Watson. I too have been very pleased with how her character has developed. As to her and Taylor’s dress, I have to admit as I was sitting there writing those descriptions I was like “wow this is so fucking hot!” But I have to give some props to my editor, it was his idea to add the dominatrix hat to Emma’s ensemble. I’m also very glad to see you’ve been enjoying Becoming Bitch. I have to say this is easily the most fucked up thing I’ve ever written. Its disturbing, but also so fucking hot. I’m really looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the upcoming chapters, especially as the story progresses and the situations Dove finds herself in become increasingly fucked up. ArcherNexus: Again, I’m glad your enjoying Emma’s evolution. I can say it was absolutely by design that she becomes more like Alex with each and every chapter. It is part of how I envisioned the story progressing basically from the very beginning, and, I don’t want to give anything away, but also in how it will end. I again don’t want to give anything away, but thinking that Emma’s story arch is stagnant from this point on would be a huge mistake. I understand your concern about Ariana. The one thing I’ll say about her mental progression would be that the way I envision it is more that Alex brought out an aspect of her personality that was always there. She may have been resistant in the beginning, but the punishment she endured when she first arrived in a weird way gave her permission to act in ways she secretly always wanted. I can’t really comment about the final two girls, but as you know that announcement is coming soon. Finally, I really appreciate the positive comments. It really makes my day to hear that someone has enjoyed something that I’ve put so much work into. Also, thank you for addressing King’s concerns. Your comments were on point. Joe: Interesting story about the Liverwurst. I was at home with my parents one day, and my dad had just opened up a package of Liverwurst. I’d never seen it or more importantly smelled it before that and I can honestly say it was the most disgusting thing I’ve had the displeasure to experience. When it came time to write the Taylor punishment scene, I knew I wanted to have a foot fetish moment and I thought the idea of Emma soaking her feat in sweat and Liverwurst juice was absolutely the most disgusting way to humiliate Taylor even further. Romavictrix: First, thank you so much for the praise. As I said above, it really makes my day to hear that someone is enjoying something that I’ve put so much of my life into. Sorry about the cliffhanger, lol, but it wouldn’t really be drama without the occasional cliffhanger. Honestly I haven’t been doing a lot of work on the book. I ran into a bit of writer’s block with the story I came up with, and I’ve been kinda trying to brainstorm ideas on ways to make it work. I haven’t given up on it, but its pretty likely that I’ll be focusing on finishing up BDH and maybe doing a side project or two as I try to figure out how to work on the novel. I can’t obviously address the Daddario comment, but I will say that Felicity Jones is probably 3rd on my list of hottest celebs. I think she is absolutely underrated. Juan: Interesting question. I think Taylor is probably sluttier. Meaning that she wouldn’t balk at doing pretty much anything, sexually that Alex asked. But Chloe is probably more submissive. There might be a few things she would be a little hesitant about doing,, but she probably wouldn’t fight even in that case. I’d also say that it would depend on the bedroom. In Emma’s bed (without Alex) I don’t think there is anything Chloe wouldn’t do if told. King: Thank you so much for the positive comment. It means a lot to me to hear how much you’ve enjoyed my work. As to updates. I typically try to update once a month. However, this month is a little different as I’ve been anxious to finish work on Becoming Bitch, a story I’ve been working on behind the scenes for like 5 months. In the future, I’d expect to see updates roughly once every month. As Romavictrix said, there will only be two more additions. The fan community was allowed to vote on one of those and that vote narrowed down that addition to either Alexandra Daddario or Gal Gadot. The other will be selected by me. I’ve already chosen this last person (but haven’t announced it yet). I can say that it won’t be a wrestler. I honestly find wrestling (no offense) really dumb, so its doubtful that I’d ever feature one in a story. Finally, about Ari, there is so much going on in the harem right now, that I haven't had a moment to add a scene with Aricat and Alex. However, an upcoming chapter (not 42) will feature another fan selected sex scene that will feature Aricat, Emma and Alex. So you’ll have that to look forward too. Well: Lets see. First thanks again for the positive comments. I really do appreciate it. The guards were responsible for dressing Taylor before Emma arrived in the restroom that morning. I’m sorry to say I can’t say anything about Project Arcadia at this time. Its a major plot point. Worry not though, all will be revealed in time. Hello again everyone! Well its that time again. I know it almost kind of feels like a long time since my last post, but it has actually only been just over a month. I know I usually post a little faster than this, but I have been very busy with some side projects. Most notably this includes a short chaptered story I’ve been working on staring Dove Cameron. I plan to have this project out by the end of the month or maybe early in May. It is a very dark and twisted story .So those of you who like some of the darker content tags should really enjoy it. I don’t want to go into too much detail on what its about, but suffice it to say I had to ask the moderators if there was any content tags (other than minor stuff, obviously. I don’t do minor stuff anyway) that wouldn’t be allowed to be posted if paired up with a celebrity or real person if you prefer. With the green light, I began working on it. This is a story I’ve had in mind for a long time. I was originally going to write it with Sabrina Carpenter, but after working with Dove in BDH I decided I wanted to do something dark with her so I swapped her in. I don’t know if any of your remember me mentioning a “House of a Thousand Corpses” style story I said I might write a long time back, but this is that story. Don’t worry though, one of the other things I’m not really into is murder and gore. I more meant the feel of it being dark and twisted, you know really fucked up and without the gore . Anyway, the story is called “Becoming Bitch” and you can look for it I’d say sometime in the next 3-4 weeks. Now, on to Billion Dollar Harem chapter 41. This chapter picks up right after the fast forward that ended chapter 40, and contains the beginning of the end of Taylor Swift’s long ongoing chastity belt punishment. I don’t want to spoil anything here, but I do want to say that I finally set events in motion to write the fan selected scene involving Ariana Grande, Emma Watson and our Intrepid hero, Alexander Whitley! That scene should come in a chapter very soon, but as the title to chapter 41 states, this is going to be a two part chapter. After that, I’m not sure if the fan selected scene will be chapter 43 or if it’ll come a little later, as I also want to catch up with how some of the ladies are dealing with events that took place in the fast-forward. Specifically those with Bella and Dove and with Margot and Felicity and of course at least a little more to do with Alex’s mysterious visitor… All that said, I also plan to announce the final two ladies sometime in or around chapter 48-50. Once I’ve announced them, I will shortly there after post a poll so you guys can vote on the sex competition. Finally, I want to thank you all again for reading along. Ok, before I sign off let me see if I can address your comments and questions: Lazyninjas: I’m actually pretty excited about the sex competition. I think I have some fun ideas for how it will take shape and I think the randomness of it will be a lot of fun. I know its kind of a long way off yet. But I am still anxious to work on it. Juan: An Ari centric chapter could be a lot of fun. The problem with it is mostly in how her movement is potentially limited. Like if the sex doesn’t involve her, unless she’s in the room where its taking place she wouldn’t be able to see it. I may put some thought into it and see if I can come up with an idea to make it work, even if its only part of or most of a chapter it should still be pretty interesting to get that input straight from the diva-cat! Sazbi: The thing with the Chloe, Alex, Ari orgasm thing is that scene was part of a fast forward. I didn’t really put enough detail into it but I would imagine Alex gave his permission. The main point of that rule is, at least for the time being, Alex doesn’t want his little girl getting off without his or Emma’s permission. If one of them is present, its safe to assume if Chloe came they gave it. But it is a good point that Ari doesn’t count for a lot of rules because she is a cat. I hope you enjoy part 1 of Taylor’s punishment finale. I can’t really say much about the visitor or the final two girls yet, but I hope you won’t be disappointed. Joe: I remembered the costumes. I hope to put at least one or two of them to use soon. As to your final point, after these next two chapters, you guys will see just how much sluttier the girls are and that yes it will open up a whole new world of kinky stuff for them to do. Well: Yes, I agree at this point, especially after seeing her in this and knowing what will be in the next chapter, Taylor is possibly the biggest slut in the world, or at least in Alex’s world! As to your question about Alex and knowing about Bella being on drugs. If you remember there was a line at the start of one of the chapters, I think it was chapter 36, Alex tells one of the guards to initiate project Arcadia. It is then revealed that a box in the guards storage room up in the mansion is labeled Arcadia. So yes, not only does he know, but, he also ordered it. Ok guys, I think that’s everything. Hey guys, I just wanted to pop on and give the results of the poll. Unfortunately, this poll didn’t receive nearly as many votes as those I’ve done in the past but, at least there was a clear winner. Yes, the sex competition has won the vote. Obviously at this point I cannot yet post the poll to determine the random pairings as I have yet to introduce the final two girls to the harem. But, once I bring them in I will post the new poll. Remember, the pairings will be determined randomly by dice roll and then you guys will be allowed to vote on the winner. The runners up will receive a short summery of their actions while the winner will receive a complete work up of not only what they did to win, but also of what happens when Alex later joins them. (Well, nothing besides going to see Captain Marvel that is.) and 2) Because I’m soooo excited about getting to work on chapter 41. (More on 41 later, but its going to be bananas) Ok, so lets talk chapter 40. This chapter is nearly 20 pages, and mostly concerns itself with advancing the timeline by 3 days. This time skip is necessary in order to advance us to the point where Taylor’s punishment can finally come to an end. There is a lot of stuff jammed into this summery section of the chapter, but don’t worry, I plan to revisit a lot what happens when I focus on advancing the plots which develop during this time. The rest of chapter 40 (about 10 pages worth) deals with getting a long time harem member to finally “join the team.” I won’t spoil it, but I hope you guys find this scene as hot as I think it is. Getting this character on board, is also a necessary step to the finale of Taylor’s punishment, which we’ll see in chapter 41. Speaking of which, lets talk 41. As I said, 41 will finally show the climactic conclusion of Taylor’s punishment. This scene is going to be epic. I obviously won’t go into details, but I fully expect this scene to take up nearly all of the 15 pages of the next chapter. I hope to be able to work in some advancement which will I’ll be able to use to finally get in the last fan selected poll between Emma, Ariana and Alex into the next chapter. If not, I may have to do some finagling to put everything together for 42… I guess we’l just have to see how it all works out. Needless to say, I hope this scene will measure up against some of the great classics like Taylor’s initial breaking, or the pool party, or Margot and Felicity’s epic punishment room scene. That’s a tall bar I know, I hope I don’t let you guys down. Starting after 41 though, I plan to resolve many of the developments in the fast forward and set things up so that I can introduce the final two ladies. I’m hoping this will take no more than 5-6 chapters but again my writing is very unpredictable and often leads me to places I wasn’t expecting. But, I wanted to do something special for this milestone so I thought I’d do another poll. However, due to the excitement around lazyninjas post, I first wanted to give you guys an opportunity to choose that option. Here are the details of that post and of the first vote: Please, if you’re interested in voting between the sex competition and the standard poll do so by 3/21. Hey there gang! I just wanted to pop on real quick because, as Joe pointed out, Billion Dollar Harem has just hit 150,000 dragon prints! I won’t go into a lot of mushy stuff this time around, but, I do want to thank all of you guys for reading along and offering up your comments, criticisms and suggestions over these past few years. I also want to especially give a shout out and a huge thank you to my editor, you know who you are! Thanks so much, my friend! I also wanted to announce there will be a fan poll in the works for hitting this milestone! But, before that, I thought I should clear up the resolution to the last poll. I never officially announced it, but I closed the voting on it a while back after it seemed most of you had cast your votes.I wanted to quickly share those results with you guys. The winners are: Newcomer: Ariana Grande (by one vote!) Veteran: Emma Watson (won by 3 votes) Scene: The winner was scene 5 (by an overwhelming 11 votes!) Just a reminder, scene 5 was: As a gift to their master, the veteran asks the newcomer for their help giving him a present he’ll never forget in a scene featuring a “moderate” to “hard” fetish of my choosing. I can’t of course say how long it will take to work this scene into the story, but I honestly could see it happening within just a few chapters, depending on how long it takes to wrap up the current day/events… My guess would be within 3-4 chapters. Now, here is my plan for the new poll. Since it seems at least some of you really like lazyninjas idea, and I know I think its pretty cool, I want to try and incorporate it. But, here is the caveat, there is no way I could write a smut scene(s) depicting the entire sex competition. Mostly, this is because it would probably take 2-3 chapters just for that one thing. With 5 pairings, then the grand finale that right there is a serious page commitment. I’m simply not willing to commit that much of my time for what would basically amount to a small side plot. But, I want to stay true to what lazyninjas proposed. So, here is my idea. I will generate 5 random pairings (this won’t occur until after the final two ladies are announced. Which will, by the way, delay the implementation of this poll at least until a few chapters after all the ladies have arrived in the harem. Which could right there mean that this scene won’t happen for 8 or 9 maybe even 12 chapters... (Random pairings will be determined by me using dice) I’ll have you guys vote on which pairing should win the competition. (Those pairs which didn’t win will receive a much shorter synopsis of their attempt to seduce Alex, which I would feature as part of a different chapter.) The winning pair will get a featured section of a chapter where I detail how/what they did to win. Then that lucky couple will be included in a second scene with Alex being more intimately involved. I would imagine this scenario right here would take one entire chapter to put together. Alternatively, if you guys don’t want to wait that long for the next poll to be featured in the story, I could create some different scenarios similar to those I’ve created in the past and just have you guys vote on those. This isn’t an official reply. I just wanted to pop on to address a concern that apparently a bunch of you guys had. When Ari said to Dove, “I am...kitten.” She wasn’t calling herself a kitten, she was playfully referring to Dove as a kitten. I guess that wasn’t clear, so I apologize for that, and I hope this clears things up...

I was hoping one of our moderators could answer a couple of questions I have about the rules, specifically rules involving celebrity, or real person fiction and posting stories to the archive and about the forum itself. First, I am currently in the middle of working on a very dark, very twisted tale involving a celebrity. I won’t go into the details unless you need me to. But, I’m curious to know if there are there any content tags which are not allowed to be posted in your celebrity archive? I realize the depiction of minors is not allowed. Am I correct in this assumption, or are there other content tags which are either not allowed, or that are frowned upon? My second question is about the forum itself. I plan to post this new story on a different web sight, especially if it is not allowed in your archive. My question is, since I have a small following of readers who visit my thread. Would I be allowed to post a link to that story, or at least mention the site on which it is posted in the event that I am not allowed to post it here? Hello again, Multiverse! Good news everyone, Chapter 39 is here! The new chapter exactly meets my new page goal at 15 pages. This is mostly because it only details one girl’s events. It picks up at the very beginning of day 41 and covers just a tiny fraction of the day. I won’t give away which celeb is featured in this chapter, but I hope you like her, cause this chapter is all about her. Only one other celeb gets any page time, and that, is very limited. It was necessary to do the chapter this way to establish the next phase of this celebs journey. The smut in this chapter may be a little vanilla, but I think that just opens it up for all sorts of depravity to come in the future. I plan to start chapter 40 sometime soon. I’m debating however, on page length. As it stands now, chapter 40 could either have no sex and hit the 15 pages, or, to include some smut, it would likely have to go significantly over the limit, which could inhibit the time it takes me to get it done. I haven’t really decided yet what I’m’ going to do. In someways hitting 40 chapters is a big deal, and I’d like that hallmark to be a chapter to remember. But I also don’t really want to write a 25-30 page chapter just to include some smut… I suppose we’ll just have to see how things turn out. Either way, I’m planning some time soon to include a time jump. I plan to fast forward at least 2 days. Other things I see coming soon (in the next chapter or 2-3) is Taylor’s punishment coming to an end, Margot and Felicity relationship continuing to evolve, and hopefully, the second fan selected smut scene that you guys voted on in the middle of last year. It might take 3 or 4 chapters to get all this in. But once I do, I’ll be looking to finally bring in the final two celebs, and that promises to be a very memorable moment! Till next time, -Mal

Alright, let me then just quickly move onto you guys: Joe: I hope two chapters at once wasn’t more “content” than you could handle. I’m glad you like the BDSM scene. I was kind of worried that there had been so much Mdom at this point that a switch up could really turn people off. But honestly, I’ve had a ton of positive feedback about Alex getting lightly domed, so I may bring it back again at some point. As for the Bella/Coke/Depravity comment, all I can say to that is that I really hope you guys like what I have planned for Bella. My gut tells me you guys will either love it or hate it…. lazyninjas: Hey man! Its great to see that you’re still following along. Its been so long since you chimed in I thought maybe you’d given up on me. On the one hand I love your idea. I think it would be truly fucking awesome to see pairs of unlikely girls pair up / team up and put on a show. I think it would be super fun to write, and really fucking hot to see play out on the page. On the other hand, I don’t think a contest like this is at all Alex’s style. First off all, outside of the punishment room, he is all about free will. So I don’t think he would ever directly force the girls to pair up, let alone with someone they didn’t want to be with. Second, Alex is a fairly measured guy. Meaning, I don’t think he would just willy nilly take power from Emma (someone who earned the right to lead through her action and her attitude) just because someone else won a contest. Last and probably least, there are two more girls on the way in (either Gal Gadot or Alexandra Daddario, and an as of yet unannounced surprise celeb) meaning there will be a total of 11 girls. Now, Emma could sit out and there would be 10, but I just really don’t see Alex forcing the girls to do this. The only way it could work would be if they freely signed up for it and chose their partners, or signed up for it knowing that they would be assigned a random partner. If I did decide to do this, that would be the way I would have to set it up and the prize would have to be different I might have to give some thought to what the winners would get. Maybe what I’ll do is set this scenario in motion for the next fan selected vote project with clearly defined voting parameters. I’ll give is some thought, because I do think it would be fun to pair up unlikely girls… Overall this is a great idea! Juan: Glad you enjoyed the chapter. More Taylor torment on the way! But… maybe soon she’ll be back in action…. you’ll just have to wait and see. Romavictrix: Glad you too enjoyed the chapter. I plan on taking lazyninja’s idea under consideration, though likely, as I said above in a modified way. The book...is thus far not coming along as well as I would like. I have only made a little progress, and I keep second guessing where the many different ideas I have should go… Perhaps this month will see more progress there…. Valentines day? Not so much, as Sazbi said, February is a very long way off. I will say this though. Although I did not do it on purpose I think this chapter (39) is kind of romantic in a twisted girl succumbing to Stockholm Syndrome kind of way… So maybe that counts as a Valentines day Chapter…. I’ll leave that up to you to decide. Sazbi: I too am looking forward to the new Chloe’s interactions. I think there is a lot of potential there, especially in one of the rules Alex gave her. I’m thinking specifically of the rule where he said she has to “obey” all the grown ups in the harem… that could be very fun to play with… This is a question I can answer for once! When Taylor’s punishment ends, she does not go back to being a level 4. Once a girl is demoted, the only way to get back to that level is to earn it. (I may have ignored that rule one time, I can’t remember for sure), but for the most part once demoted, you have to earn you previous potion over again. I really hope you all like what I have planned for the final two girls. Not only do I hope you like my selections, but I hope you find the way I plan to bring them in believable and exciting… we’ll see! Well: I’m not quite sure I understand what you mean by put a collar on all of them. All of who, every girl in the harem? One last thing before I go. I am currently working on something. I doubt things like this will happen very often, but I had some very unexpected downtime in December and January and as such, was able to get a lot of work done. This chapter went a little over my new 15 page goal at 20 pages, but I think the extra length was justified to properly finish up the much anticipated BDSM / Alex / Emma / Cara scene that you folks voted on in what I’m sure seems like forever ago to most of you. But, I try to keep my word, and I have delivered the much promised scene and well I think it turned out pretty freaking incredible. I honestly can’t wait to hear what you guys think as its done in a way I’ve never tried before, I’m sure you guys will have no trouble picking up on how its different. Aside from the BDSM scene, this chapter furthers the Margot / Felicity stuff that was teased in the previous chapter, as well as has some stuff with and Taylor. It also features a little hint of something to come for one of our newcomers in the next chapter! Speaking of which, I’m about 5-6 pages into chapter 39 as of right now I expect it will be ready for publishing by the end of the month or early in February we’ll just have to see. I am also working on my book, and a new secret project here and there so how quickly 39 gets done will depend greatly on how much of a diversion those two things prove to be. But 39 promises to be a lighter affair as our newbies begin to become more comfortable in their new home. By the way, I haven’t forgotten the other scene poll. If I remember correctly, (I don’t have the info in front of my atm), but I believe Ariana and Emma in a present to Alex scene were the winners. I have plans to put that scene in probably in 40 but we’ll have to see how much some of the other side plots distract from that. Other than that, 39 will mostly be about furthering the developing plots as we get closer to the announcement of the final two celebrities. As to CSSA, there are a couple of reasons I didn’t like posting there. 1) Once posted, you have no power over your story. So if I wanted to make a small change or correct a small mistake, I can’t edit it. (I try not to make big edits once posted because I feel that it could impact too much of what has already occurred). It also means that if I ever for some reason wanted to remove my stories from there that I would be unable to do so. And 2) The quality of submissions there wildly varies and the time lapse between when you submit a story to be posted and it actually going online is sometimes ridiculous. I think it has been over six months since the site has been updated at this point… When I finish a piece, I want it up right away, not six months later… Lets see, I plan to add two more girls. Its only 16 pages in Word. But, don’t let that get you down. It is still chalked full of smut and interesting plot development. In this chapter that mostly takes the form of Chloe getting a “LITTLE” adjustment. I found this chapter particularly… engaging… yeah that’s the best word for it. The chapter was extremely engaging lol! In addition to Chloe, we get to see the full reaction of the Harem to Ari, and a little sneak peak of things to come for Bella. I really hope you like this chapter, I honestly think its one of my favorites as it features a fetish I’ve been dying to write for… well for a very long time. I can’t wait to hear what you guys think. In other good news. Because of some very unexpected down time, chapter 38 is almost done! I don’t want to spoil anything of what is to come. I’ll simply say that my days of putting off writing the Alex, Emma, Cara, BDSM scene, you know, the one you guys voted on like forever ago are finally over! Hey guys! I know it feels like forever, but I’m back. deja vu anyone? It really has been a while, like 4 months! I am sorry for my absence. For the full update on that please see my post in the Billion Dollar Harem thread here on the site. Its emotional, and I don’t really feel like repeating myself. Anyway, chapter 36 is here. You might notice its a little bit shorter. Its all part of my plan to slightly reduce my soft page limit in order to work on a very exciting side project. For further update on that you can also see my thread…. 36 picks up on day 40, the very next morning after chapter 35. Mostly this chapter features a lot of groundwork for upcoming chapters. It does see Bella’s release from the punishment potty and a brief reaction to the harem’s new pet as well as a tiny teaser for upcoming things for Chloe. Well guys, as I sit down to write this update, I almost don’t even know where to start its been so long since we talked. I guess the first and most obvious thing, is that I’ve just posted Billion Dollar Harem chapter 36! So, yay for BDH not being dead! 36 picks up on day 40, or the very next day where chapter 35 left off. I don’t want to give to much away in the forum, but several big things get set in motion. Things which will play out in upcoming chapters. It sees an end to Bella’s session in the punishment potty, a new form of corruption, a potential rekindling of an old romance, a brief glimpse at the harem’s reaction to having a new pet, and a teaser for upcoming things with Chloe. I didn’t quite get to the much much much promised scene with Emma and Cara, but I promise it will happen soon. I plan for it to be in the next chapter, but I’ve said that before…. However, this time I’m going to try really really really hard to mean it lol…. Well that’s enough about chapter 36, I guess its on to me… First off, I want to apologize for my extended absence. There were several contributing factors that I’d like to share with you guys. As I talked about in my past couple posts for a while there, things at work were pretty crazy. There for a couple months I was working a ton of hours and being put into some stressful situations and I found it hard to concentrate on writing even when I had the time to do so. More than that though, since right about the time I posted chapter 35 I was struggling with depression. For me this is a problem that comes and goes I’ll go long periods where I feel fine, and then I’m stricken with it and will be almost immobilized for weeks on weeks. Its not really something I like to talk about, but it effects my confidence and my drive to work on anything, much less my writing. Anyway, this bout was particularly tough for me to overcome as things in my RL, (not just work) weren’t exactly great and I just sort of felt very underappreciated in everything I was doing. In addition to my mental health, I was also struggling financially and considered giving up BDH in order to work on writing that I might be able to make money off of. I worked briefly on that Hogwarts Harem project while I thought about my options… In the end though, I started to feel better and decided why not do both? I began working on an e-book. For the past two months or so I’ve been brainstorming and sample chapter writing ideas for a short novel that I could market on Amazon. This story would, of course, feature original characters and a brand new storyline with brand new characters and some brand new, for me at least, fetishes to play around with. Right now, that book is in its very early stages and I plan to give some brief updates as progress on it advances. In the mean time I don’t really want to let you guys down, I did after all promise to finish Billion Dollar Harem. So, as of right now, I’m moving forward with the following plan. I’m going to try to put out 1 chapter of BDH every month, although from here on out I’ll be aiming for a soft chapter page limit of around 15 pages instead of 20. If I can write a shorten chapter in 2 weeks, that will leave me 2 weeks to work on my e-book. Its my hope, that in a year or so I’ll have BDH finished, and an e-book ready for publishing. Now, I’m notorious for missing deadlines, so that timeline is definitely not set in stone. But I’m a man who likes to have a plan...and for now that is it lol! Lastly, I’d like to take a moment to thank everyone who wished me well or who thought about me over the holidays, or who reread a chapter of Billion Dollar Harem (or any of my stories really) while they waited for my return! You guys are so amazing and as I’ve said on multiple occasions the reason this story even exists as it does today. Without all of you I would have given up a long time ago. I won’t address individual comments, but I wanted to assure you all, everyone who made them, I saw them and they helped me when things were hard for me. They gave me a little light to help move forward and I’m not sure I would have found my way out if not for knowing you all would be here to support me on the other side! Hey everyone. I’m sorry if this response is short and leaves many of you frustrated but, the long and the short of it is I’m just not feeling it right now. I haven’t been working on BDH throughout much of September because 1) Things at work have still been pretty crazy. Just this past weekend I worked back to back 14 hour shifts and got run ragged the entire time I was there. So my stress level has been super high. And, 2) I just haven’t been feeling, emotionally that great. I’ve been having small bouts of depression and the mental prospect of working on BDH has just been too much. Bottom line is I’m taking a break from the story. I can’t say when I’ll be back. I hope in a month, maybe two I’ll have the bug again to finish up Alex’s story, but as things stand right now I just am not feeling it… I’m terribly sorry if this upsets some of you. If you’re itching for my work though, I have been tinkering with a Harry Potter AU story on the CHOYA site (its called Hogwarts Harem). Its not very big, just something I’ve been fooling around with in whatever spare time I’ve had for writing this past month. I finally got enough material to feel comfortable publishing it, and its now up on the site. Please check it out if you enjoy HP or the thought of innocent witches becoming degraded cum slaves to dirty old magic teachers… Anyway, I hope you’ll all forgive me for this break from BDH but as of right now, I’m just not feeling it. Hey Steel, I’m glad you brought this up. I very much did take into account the hours Ariana would have to sleep when I came up with this schedule. As well as Alex’s feelings around keeping the girls healthy. The way I look at it is pretty simple. As a cat, Ari doesn’t have chores. She does her exercise and make up when the other girls are asleep and doesn’t have to go to weigh in in the traditional way. (I plan to detail how she is inspected as to weight, hygiene and so on in a later chapter). Because of this, it frees up her entire day (the time she spends in the main dorm), to be a cat. Now, I don’t know if you’ve ever owned a cat, but what I’ve noticed about cats, is that they spend at least 30% of the day cat napping. When Alex devised her schedule he very much took into account that he expected part of her cat-like behavior to be sleeping in the main dorm during the day. So, assuming Ariana sleeps 5 hours in her room at night and spends 30% of her time in the main dorm cat napping, she will actually get almost 9 hours of sleep each day. Now this could obviously fluctuate some, especially in the beginning while Ari is adjusting to her new life and the girls are spending time playing with their new cat, but I figure that for the most part it will work out to Ariana getting more than enough healthy sleep each day. One a side note, I woke up with my laptop fully charged. Now, I have no idea why it wasn’t charging last night while I was finishing up the chapter and getting it posted. But, for now, at least, it seems like it is still capable of charging which leads me to believe it is more likely a problem with the charging cable than with the battery so that is very good news. (FYI I do 100% of my writing on that laptop, so if it were to die unexpectedly, time between chapters would likely increase dramatically). So here is to hoping its just the cable!
