As said by another reviewer, an Uzumaki’s “strong life force” does not equal “near perfect bodies”. It means they live longer than normal people even when using techniques that shave years off them and that they have chakra dense enough to make them viable jinchuuriki for the Kyuubi no Kitsune.

The way I’m planning this story pre-bull training unfortunately won’t be an option.
