just got a call from my aunt about my grandma, she has shrunken colon, she is hallucinating because of her meds, and has the phenomena..mom is crying and i am starting to worry

Pneumonia. It does actually respond well to treatment, but if your grandmother hasn't been very active because of the surgery, that could have been a cause of the pneumonia.
