I’m using 360, and I really do like it. I tripped a stupid clickbait the other day, one of those security window things, and between malwarebytes and 360, I cleared it.

AVG is a good program.  This one, IMO is better.

I am feeling positive about AVG now, though hearing a virus got you in spite of it gives me pause. I mean, they could have let me sift through the online forums for hours, like every other company in the world. That’s why my history was full of searches like that. Then, as soon as I clicked the help button in the program, there they were. Can’t fault that to be fair.
 

After I lost my hard drive because the virus erased my master boot record and it was unrecoverable, I looked for alternatives to AVG.   That’s how I ended up with Avira for quite awhile.  With the advent of Windows 10, I needed to find something as robust as that, which is 360.  It’s actually the most robust freebie I’ve found.

Mostly I was watching them look through my computer, thinking: Don’t find the slash, don’t look at the download folder, don’t read my skype that I accidentally left open. The internet history was a relief, because I know that just before searching for AVG help, I was looking up how you’d go about forcefeeding a person.

Try this one.  It’s far more robust than AVG, and also free.

If computers get smart enough to look at us with disgust and pity when they see our search history then I’m in trouble.

I’m not sure they’re wrong.

My habit has been a week, finding that to be about the right balance to forget enough so that a proofreading catches most of the cruft.

Oh, I’ll probably love it!   You know I adore those two together…

The first one I worked on several months ago, might go into the story proper, so it likely won’t be round robin material.  I do have a second idea that I’m working on, a mini prequel to SR: Alaska.

We haven’t had much of a choice is a very long time. I think we need to start looking at the people who DON’T want the job, and promise them, if they are elected, that if they do a good job, we’ll let them go after one term.
