Oh, but America is so much bigger, and there are lots more of us than them. We could all have massive houses and have amazing treasure hunt parties. Leave the idiots on the island. The larger issue is who he’s surrounded himself with as his advisers. Steve Bannon is believed to be the primary draftsman of that piece of excrement passing itself off as an executive order, and he is a self-avowed Leninist who’s publicly admitted he wants to tear the government down.
I think we left skidmarks as we passed “impeachment: and are careening down the road toward “treason,” for which we still have the death penalty.

I’m sure things’ll improve once someone explains to the President what the constitution is.

I was thinking of you a lot last night, CL… while there has been a little good news overnight, there’s still a long way to go. It’s heartbreaking, terrifying, and I was just remembering when you said how scared the kids were. I just can’t believe that is has come to this, and so soon. After 7 years of living here in Bosnia, I am finally looking into getting my citizenship (I can have duel citizenship) on the off chance Europe decides to make traveling on the US passport harder.
