I am not an archive mod, but as I understand it, if a story is written about real people, or based on real people, then the archive moderators need to receive express permissions from the person/persons in question. Also, the writer of the story would need to post the story, since posting material not your own is a violation of our ToS. What you do in the privacy of your own home is of course none of our business, so if someone offers to write it for you and not post it here it's no concern of ours. But, then we of course ask that you do not use our forums to discuss the story in any form. Finally, as the forum moderator, I'd like to ask that if you need to renew this request, please bump the latest post that you made, instead of creating a new thread each time. Please create a "promote a story" or a "review reply" thread in the appropriate subforums, and conduct all further discussion of the story in the review reply thread. Chapter updates can be announced in the "promote a story" thread as appropriate. And a link to the "review reply" thread can be posted there too. There is no PM system within the archive, so there is no way to thank for reviews, except making a quick mention of it in an Author's Note at the start or end of your story's next chapter. What we do recommend for review replies, is that you make a review reply thread in the appropriate forum here: http://www2.adult-fanfiction.org/forum/index.php/forum/491-fan-fiction/ and then put a link to that thread at the top or bottom of your story in the archive, letting your readers know they can go there for review replies. Your readers do not need to be registered in the forum to post in that forum, so they can interact with you freely there. I do recommend that you sign up for the forum as well, to be able to enjoy the full benefits of the forums, like the PM system that we have, but it is not at all necessary.
