    This is all awesome information, and I’m sure that DG or Manta will get back to you on this as soon as they can. They just both work insane hours IRL, so it might be a bit of a wait. 

    But if you have found a work around, try to use that until they can figure out the problem. It is possible that it is a browser related thing, but I am so tech-challenged that I beg you not to take me on my word on that :D

    *le sigh* I speak English as a second language, but I’ve studied… now… four other foreign languages. I can’t speak any of them, really, to any extent, but I have retained enough that I can read simple instructions in the other Scandinavian languages (except for Finnish, obviously :D And no offence, but Faroese is just gibberish) and I can recognise when people are speaking French or German, and related languages. And I still pretend to retain some of my ability to understand a bit of written Japanese :D  At least I am smashing my Duolingo course in Japanese, and I do have a BA degree in that, so I feel I must pretend that I still know a bit :blush:

    I also tried to study Spanish, but failed miserably, because I kept mixing it up with my French, so I gave up and took German instead :D 

    So, that’s native language, fluent in English, and studied four more, plus a bit of Spanish :P  The joys of a tiny country school system.

    You’re absolutely welcome to have a link to a poll for your readers, and I hope that you’ll get a ton of answers. 

    But, I do have to ask you to edit your first post and include the form provided here: https://www2.adult-fanfiction.org/forum/topic/26064-things-to-know-before-you-promote-your-story-standard-form-to-use/

    You can say whatever else you feel like in the posts, but the first post to promote your story must include the form.

  8. READ ME: Validation/Password Reset Issues

    If you still have access to the email that you used to register with, your best option would be to email our archive mod at tos_team@adult-fanfiction.org from that email, and she’ll send you a link to reactivate your account and reset your password. 

    If you have lost access to that email account, you can send our archive mods at the same address, from a new email account, telling her what the old email associated to your user profile with us was, and she’ll be able to update your email (I’m almost certain I’m not remembering that incorrectly :blush: ) and then send you activation and reset links.

    All stories are allowed here, save for Real Person Fiction (Celebrity or otherwise) about people under the age of 18.

    And we don’t censor here either, although obviously we do draw the line at stories that are trying to be purposefully trollish or offensive, but the archive mods have guidelines as to what constitutes stories of that type. 

    Just be do remember to place the stories in the correct archive, and you’ll be fine.

    First, are you inputting the birthdate exactly as shown in the instructions? (If memory serves the format is MM-DD-YYYY) The hyphens have to be there too.

    And second, are you trying to create an account for the forum or for the archives? An archive account is required for a forum account.
