I am not sure I agree with the homepage statement that a person can't read fanfiction that is not original out loud. By writing the very fanfic using another copyrighted authors characters and basic plots you are copyright infringing yourself. there is some info here with a copyright lawyer that its not cut and dry that you can't read an authors book outloud and the parameters which they may be allowed to
