Not quite! They’re stretchy knitted tubes that cover a pet’s ears, usually for grooming, but they also help with protecting ears from being reinjured. A friend’s dog would shake her head so hard, she would make her ears bleed, and the happy hoodies helped.

The finale chapter of “Precocious” is up! Chapter 7: Family Life Next, I’ll try to finish the final chapter of “Time’s Error.” (BTW, it’s just a coincidence that “RB-X-17,” “Precocious,” and “Time’s Error” are all finishing at roughly the same time.)
