You’re definitely right and I think I’ve done an okay job so far. I’m pretty far into chapter 2 or what might be considered character 2 of a story and I think I’ve come up with an interesting way to do it. Basically, each character has their own somewhat different relationship to the main villain character and I’m telling the story of different ways they came to be taken over by the villain. Kinda built around similar themes. So for instance, character 1 has resisted many things about the villain all throughout the narrative. Their story is all about kinda finally giving in to everything. However, with character 2, it’s more of a twisted love story where they think the villain is in love with them only to realize once it’s too late that isn’t their dynamic at all. I’m also sorta outlining character 3 and this one is more about the character’s ego and how the villain metaphorically strokes it for their own purposes. Whereas character 4 it’s a mystery they’re trying to unravel. At least that’s how it’s kinda playing out story wise. We follow the characters at different stages and how this lead to their downfall.

My take is that brilliant non-linear stories you here talk about get their fame from being good despite not being linear. A possible comparison is the Westworld tv-show season 1 that had a big reveal when you realized what you had been watching. In season 2 they wanted to repeat the trick and made things just as non-linear and in the end it was barely watchable. I have avoided the later seasons like plague. My point is that for every successful non-linear storytelling there are many more trainwreck attempts. Doing non-linear storytelling that manage to capture the reader is seriously difficult.

So does the landlord start fucking her when she is 17-18? Also is it slow corruption or it happens instantly?

I have now posted chapter 9 named The Time of the Prophecy: The Cult of Three Flames This chapter feature Duwlon doing his favorite thing and Helian being occupied with rebuilding the sex cult of Three Flames. When Duwlon stumble into trouble there are of course plenty of sexual distractions. Story coded for the chapter FF, MF, MC, Inc, Rape Main heroes featuring in the chapter are Duwlon and Helian with additional appearances of some other characters that will matter to the intrigues.

Glad to hear her is okay. I was sad when knowing that she deleted all her story that time, but respect her decision. I remembered those time, i waited everyweeks for Loser updates from DedicatedQuill. I missed Chase x Tyler, my most favourite couple, glad to know Loser. I realize it has been a while. It is really sad to see that this fiction seems to have been left abandoned in the water. You are an amazing writer and it is a bit if a shame that the story had so much potential for at least one more part to answer the bigger questions such as.… Did he go to jail? What happens to the children, you mad it sound like he might become their benefactor or guardian until they are adopted. What about Hilaru? Does Takami recover? And what about the Iron Will? Do they get the legacy rings and ger married? Do they make it to the Pros? Those are just some of the first ones. If you do see this I hope that you are doing well.
