Password change request failed

I tried to log in to the site (been a long time since I was last here). Couldn't remember my password and requesting a new one gave me the following message:

The email you provided may not be registered or is registered multiple times, please contact support or try registering.

I'm relatively sure contacting support *first* was a better idea, so here I am.

I’m not seeing a registration using the pen name “varjoratsu.” If you’d like to email me from the email address you used to create your account, that might work better. You can email me directly at tos_team@adult-fanfiction.org.
